Best Galaxy S10 Cases

The Galaxy S10, S10+ and S10e might have been out for more than a year, but high-end Samsung phones tend to last for quite a while.

Although the Galaxy S20 series is now available, their predecessors are still excellent devices, meaning many people won't be upgrading just yet.

The S10 series brought the Infinity-O display, alongside an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and triple rear camera. They remain among the most complete smartphones you can buy.

As a result, many people will be using an S10 device, and you'll want to protect it. While there are many cases for all three Galaxy S10 models out there, we've rounded up all the best ones right here. If you're looking for even more protection, you can add a screen protector to your S10, which many of the cases in this round-up are compatible with.

If you don't have an S10 yet but are thinking of getting one, see our dedicated article for the best S10 deals, on contract and SIM-free.

Snakehive Samsung Galaxy S10 Leather Case

Snakehive, one of our favourite brands, offers beautiful handcrafted, full grain nubuck leather cases at affordable prices.

The Snakehive wallet case offers protection from day-to-day scratches and wear and closes with a magnetic fastener.

It has space for up to three cards and a pocket to keep notes as well. See the full Snakehive Galaxy S10 range on its site or on Amazon.

Available for the S10 Plus and S10e.

UAG Samsung Galaxy S10 Plyo Case

UAG, or Urban Armor Gear, is a brand you can trust when it comes to protection for your phone. The military standard drop-tested Plyo is a clear shell case with TPU-padded corners.

It's lightweight and durable, and we especially like how the back of the case is textured for grip. It's compatible with wireless charging too. The S10 version isn't available on Amazon US, though the Plus version is (use link above).

There's also the slightly bulkier Monarch (£29.99/US$54.95). It offers five layers of rugged protection that exceeds the military drop test standards twice over. It also comes with a 10-year limited warranty.

Tech21 Evo Check for Samsung Galaxy S10

A firm favourite at Tech Advisor whatever the phone, the Evo Check is consistently great. It makes the S10 a tad chunky but its clear design doesn't show too many fingerprints and the bumper means you can lie the phone face down.

Tech21 claims it gives the S10 12ft drop protection but don't test that out - either way with a choice of colours this is an excellent case.

Also available for the S10e and S10 Plus.

Olixar Carbon Fibre Samsung Galaxy S10 Case

Olixar's enduringly good carbon fibre case for the S10 has a matte finish, great if you hate fingerprints on your phone. You can have colour as long as it's black.

The buttons are responsive and you've got access to all ports and cameras as expected. An affordable, function and slim protective case.

Available for the S10e and S10 Plus

Mous Clarity Case for Samsung Galaxy S10

Mous is another favourite brand of ours which provides high quality, rigorously tested phone cases. The Clarity is the newest style in its collection, the brand's first and only clear case. Mous said it waited this long to offer a clear case because it wanted to design one that would not yellow over time or accumulate unsightly scratches.

If you prefer an opaque case, you can also see Mous's original collection which includes carbon fibre, walnut wood, leather and bamboo options.

Galaxy S10 Plus and S10e cases also available on its site and Amazon.

Burkley Magnetic Detachable Wallet Case for Samsung Galaxy S10

We're incredibly impressed with Burkley's range of handcrafted, premium leather cases. It's pricier, but you get what you pay for.

The detachable wallet case is particularly attractive (£56.33/US$69). It's a two-part design that includes a full leather snap-on bumper case that attaches magnetically to a leather wallet folio – you essentially get two cases in one. The folio accommodates three cards (including a photo ID) and cash.

There's a slight weight to it, but that's hardly a detractor. The case feels sturdy and looks great. If you do prefer something lighter, Burkley Case also offers the Belton 3-in-1 (£23.68/US$29), a snap-on case that includes a strap on the back for grip and a slot to keep a credit card.

For the lightest option, the brand also offers the York style, which is a plain snap-on bumper case, for £23.68/US$29. It includes a soft padding on the back under the leather, which only adds to its premium feel.

Burkley offers cases for the Galaxy S10, S10 Plus and S10e. You can find options on its site, Etsy/Etsy US and Amazon (if you're in the US).

Speck Presidio Grip Galaxy S10 Case

Speck cases are reliable and affordable. You won't find an overwhelming amount of colour choices, with palettes restricted to dark blues, greys and black, but this might make it more appealing to those looking for muted colour options to begin with.

Despite colour limitations, Speck cases do what they're meant to: keep your S10 safe from drops and damage.

The Presidio Grip style is one of our favourites due to the additional textured ridges on the case, which improves, well, grip. UK shoppers also can find a non-textured version in the Presidio Pro (£19.95/US$39.95).

You can see Speck's full collection on its site where you can see options for the S10 Plus and S10e too. You can also find Speck Galaxy S10 cases on Amazon

Casetify Galaxy S10/S10 Plus Cases

Casetify offers a mouth-watering selection of gorgeous cases for the Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus. The artwork and graphics are printed in high quality and just look fantastic.

But apart from aesthetics, Casetify cases are lightweight, sturdy and offer drop protection from heights of 6.6 feet. You can see its full collection here.

Samsung Galaxy S10 LED View Cover Case

The official LED View Cover case is a standard Samsung offers for most of its phones. Not only will it protect your S10 from daily wear, the front cover also displays all key notifications, like battery status, time, incoming calls, messages and more – without you having to open the cover.

It's a wallet case too, so there's room to stow away your credit and bank cards as well.

Available on Amazon for the S10 (£54.99/$49.95) and S10 Plus (£54.99/$49.99).

Totallee Thin Samsung Galaxy S10 Case

Totallee prides itself on creating minimalist, ultra-thin, non-branded cases. It's ideal for those who want to keep their S10 phone safe from scratches. It won't offer rugged protection, but will keep scuffs at bay in a zero bulk case.

Totallee cases take 2-4 days to ship within the US and to Canada. International shipping (i.e. to the UK) can take up to 15 days.

Available for the S10 Plus and S10e for the same price. You can also find options for the S10 Plus and S10e on Amazon.

Olixar Ultra-Thin Samsung Galaxy S10 Case

Olixar, quick to stay up to speed with the latest launches is often the first to release cases for new phones. This ultra-thin see-through case is your standard soft cover case that protects your S10 from the back and sides.

It comes with a useful non-slip coating and is compatible with wireless charging too.

Available for the S10e and S10 Plus too.

QDos Hybrid Clear Galaxy S10 Case

If you're looking for a clear case that's a bit sturdier, check out QDos's Hybrid Clear case. We've had a chance to see a sample before the launch of the Galaxy S10 and it's made a good first impression.

The sides have a soft TPU edge, which allows for additional grip while providing shock absorption, and the hard back comes with an anti-scratch coating. We scuffed the back with a pen to test this and found it was difficult to mark unless you really dig in.

It's also available at £19.99 for the S10 Plus
