Carphone Warehouse has already said that it will begin selling the new handset at 4pm today.

There's plenty of speculation as to what the M8 will pack, including a 5in screen, a Snapdragon 800 processor and Android 4.4 KitKat.
Leaked documents also show that the new HTC One M8 will have twin rear cameras, and these are thought to allow you to choose the focus point after the photo is taken, similar to a Lytro camera. Software-wise, we're likely to see an update to HTC's Sense overlay, and on-screen rather than physical buttons at the bottom.
