When and where is the ZTE Axon 20 5G available?
ZTE officially released the Axon 20 5G on 1 September, however, the phone currently remains a China-exclusive release. The company's last major envelope pusher - the Axon 10 Pro 5G - made it to markets in the Nordics and the Middle East but ZTE hasn't yet revealed any further launch plans for the Axon 20 5G as yet.
It almost certainly won't ever make its way to the UK, however, where the ZTE is marked as a high-risk vendor and is unable to sell its phones in the country anymore.
What features does the ZTE Axon 20 5G offer?
The under-display camera is the main selling point of the phone, but as its name points out, 5G is also on the table, along with a few other goodies.
Here's what the ZTE Axon 20 5G offers, as confirmed by ZTE's official announcement press release:
- 6.92in Full HD+ (2460×1080) OLED display
- In-display fingerprint sensor
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor
- 6GB/8GB RAM
- 128GB/256GB storage
- microSD expandable up to 2TB
- Rear quad-camera setup
- 64Mp primary sensor
- 8Mp 120° ultrawide
- 2Mp depth sensor
- 2Mp macro camera
- 32Mp under-display front camera
- 4220mAh battery
- 30W fast charging
- Android 10 w/ MiFavor UI

As the spec sheet highlights, besides its pioneering front camera, the Axon 20 5G isn't a flagship but instead a capable-looking mid-range 5G phone, powered by the same 765G chipset found in devices like the LG Velvet and OnePlus Nord.
