Following its US announcement back in October 2019, the Pixelbook Go is now on sale in the UK. It’s a new, cheaper option for those who want a Chromebook from Google and can’t afford – or justify – the higher price commanded by the original Pixelbook.

How much is the Pixelbook Go in the UK?

The Go starts at £629 which gets you the Core m3 version with 64GB of storage. The cheapest model with a Core i5 is £829 (but that also has doubles the storage), and the Core i7 model is double the price of the base model at £1329.

Where can I buy a Pixelbook Go in the UK?

You can buy a Go from Google’s web shop in the UK. Three of the four models are only available in Just Black. If you want Not Pink, you’ll have to pick the cheaper Core i5 model at £829 and join the waiting list: it is not a simple task to get a Pixelbook Go in Not Pink. The official line is that Not Pink will be made available later this year, although there's no word on how long the wait will be.

All four models in Just Black are also available from John Lewis where you’ll get a two-year warranty as well.

Currys is another retailer selling the new Pixelbook, but the £829 model isn’t available for home delivery, and the Core i7 model appears to have been mispriced at £1549.

The Go isn’t yet available from Amazon UK.

You can read our review of the Pixelbook Go to help decide if it’s right for your needs. But there are plenty of other Chromebooks available if you have a tighter budget.
