Starting Wednesday 3 July, Amazon Prime members will be able to access an exclusive Legend skin and weapon skin in the hugely popular free-to-play Apex Legends.

That’s not all though; the company has teased that there will be multiple in-game content giveaways across July and August where gamers will be able to get their hands on more Apex Legends skins, and some free content for EA Sports titles too.

To access this free content, you’ll need to link your Twitch Prime account with your EA account – something that fans may have already done, thanks to past Twitch Prime giveaways. If you’re yet to do it, simply click this link and sign in with both accounts to link them.

And, if you’re yet to sign up to Twitch Prime, it’s the ideal time to do so – it only costs £7.99 a month in the UK and $12.99 per month in the US, and provides access to not only ad-free streams, but exclusive emoticons, chat options and monthly free games too.

Twitch Prime Crown Cup

As well as offering gamers free in-game content, the shopping giant is set to hold two “massive” special events on 13 July 2019.

The Twitch Prime Crown Cup tournaments are set to begin in London and Las Vegas, with gamers able to tune in to the action live from 6pm BST, and will feature multiple celebrities, sports stars and popular streamers.

The company has confirmed that Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, Sir Mo Farah and top Twitch streamers Castro_1021, Bateson87, Pieface23, BuckArmy and CapgunTom will go head-to-head in FIFA 19, while music producer Murda Beatz, DJ Dillon Francis and other celebs will be competing in Apex Legends in Las Vegas.

If you’re interested in tuning into the star-studded spectacle, you can do so via the Twitch Prime channel on Twitch.
