Variety noted that the show will take place in “a different part of the Star Wars timeline than other projects”, which means that we’ll see something unexplored in the universe. We’re not sure how this will fit into the overall timeline, or if the characters will be related/connected to anyone we’ve seen before.

There’s also no word yet on any casting details or further people involved in the show - we imagine there will be more developments once the delays due to the pandemic come to an end.
