Navigon is to start selling its 3D photo-based satnav device in the UK from today. The Navigon 7210 has a Landmark 3D view that displays 3D models of points of interest, such as the Tower of London and Big Ben.

The Navigon 7210 is powered by 600MHz processor, has 64MB of internal memory, 2GB of flash memory and comes with a Bluetooth hands-free kit. Maps are displayed on its 4.3in touchscreen, which Navigon has designed to look frameless.

Faetures include Lane Assistant Pro, which indicates the best lane position at junctions, while Reality View Pro provides drivers with clear overview of complicated motorway junctions and the best lane position to ensure you take your correct exit.

Speed limit and speed camera warnings, voice recognition for your destination and Curve Warner that acoustically and graphically warns driver if they about to approach any of the 55,000 dangerous curves and bends across Europe that are registered on the device.
