After a hugely successful season of Love Island this summer, ITV has announced that it will be returning for a Christmas Special, reuiniting 19 of the islanders. Here's everything you need to know.

When is the Love Island Christmas Special on TV?

The Love Island Christmas Special was announced on 22 November, but so far there's been no word on exactly when we'll be able to watch it.

We expect it to air on ITV2 in December.

Love Island Christmas Special: Who will be in it?

ITV has announced that 19 of 2018's Love Island contestants will return for the reunion.

Winners Jack and Dani will be there, in addition to Wes and Megan, Adam and Zara, and Kaz. Josh won't be joining Kaz because he will be away in Amercia at the time of filming.

Those are the happy couples, but there are many others that'll be reunited after splitting up. Those include Laura and Paul, Georgia and Sam and Ellie and Charlie.

As for those that went home single, you'll see the return of Samira, Dr Alex, Alexandra, Kendall, Hayley and Eyal.
