Another good place to check online about the status of your BT broadband is via BT's own service status webpage. You can browse affected areas or input your phone number to check your location.

At the time of writing, for instance, we can see that there is a problem with BT Infinity in Nine Elms and Bidford-On-Avon, but that service has just been restored in Wandsworth.
