Ok on desktop; quicker than last one - quicker than the 1903 cumulative update that came in first today. As has been said ,no windows.old, and no stopping of restore point creation.

Yes very quick by comparison to previous feature updates. Not explored it fully yet but have managed to change the colour of my mouse pointer arrow. Novel.

Did 11 machines in 4 hours yesterday, all without any problem so I am well pleased.

Have you bought another computer? It was 10 last time now it's 11?

I have enough on with one,I wouldn't have time for 11 :)

Is this the 'silver bullet' we have all been waiting for?

ie, Will this new 1909 Update fit onto a notebook with limited hard disk capacity {it came originally with windows 10 preinstalled but only 32GB storage}.

Nope. Well not unless you bought one with 1903 pre-installed and fully up to date.

Windows 10, versions 1903 and 1909 share a common core operating system with an identical set of system files. As a result, the new features in Windows 10, version 1909 were included in the latest monthly quality update for Windows 10, version 1903 (released October 8, 2019), but are currently in a dormant/disabled state. These new features will remain dormant until they are turned on via an “enablement package,” a small, quick-to-install “master switch” that simply activates the Windows 10, version 1909 features.
