XP Pro, HDCP, and Asus monitor

I just bought this new HDMI monitor which is directly cabled to my HDMI box. But when I look at my videos online, the quality and even framerate is reduced. Since then, I've read that XP doesn't support HDCP, that it sure does, and everything in-between. I've an onboard X1250 ATI Radeon card and have gone thru all settings in Catalyst Control Center. My non-HD videos are still degraded. Is there a driver for XP Pro to remedy my degraded display?

Upon further investigation, it's just the monitor that degrades the online video. Can't seem to keep up with the frames and the picture is degraded. Nothing to do with HDCP and XP. The Asus forum looks dead. I'll try here again if nobody responds. Thanks
