I found this item on "Underused tools hiding in Windows 7 and 8" and found the "Command Central" part very interesting. It may help some with their problems.

Wish I had known this a week ago when first setting up 8.1 makes life a lot easier not having to search through the depths of windows to figure out the bits need to change things.
