Windows update KB4023057 in the wrong place?

KB4023057 downloaded on 06/12/18. For whatever reason, it's listed under Programs and Features rather than Programs and Features > Installed Updates. Anybody else got the same?

From what I can gather it's not an OS update but an app that will run if there's an issue with the next feature update. click here.

The wording is fairly typical of many Microsoft updates so I don't see why it shouldn't be listed under updates. Full name - Update for Windows 10 for x64-based System (KB4023057). The only specific issue it refers to is low disk space, but with 821GB free space, that's clearly not a problem.

I agree with their terminology being confusing at times. It's not found in the Microsoft Update Catalog as it's an app. They're hedging their bets no doubt.
