Windows Mail Live dialogue box

Windows Mail Live dialogue box pops up always when I want to send or receive emails. It requests my password etc...... each time, but I don't want this pop up. I can just click on 'Cancel' or close it, but this is an unnecessary chore. I tried 'msconfig', and disabled what looked like the cause of it, but then I couldn't open my email service! So, I am back to square one, and can anyone help, please?

IE 10, Windows 7, 64bit, i5Intel, 500HDD.
