Windows 10 Installation Error 0xc000021a

Yesterday I successfully installed Windows 10 as per Microsoft instructions only to find today an error message stating “Error 0xc000021a Terminate yes or no”. I clicked yes thinking this was the correct course of action, but unfortunately, I have not been able to connect to Windows since. When starting my PC a message appears stating there has been a problem and will restart in a few moments. An automatic repair screen appears followed by a screen asking “Choose your keyboard layout”. This screen is frozen and I’m unable to use the mouse or touchscreen. I can proceed no further. My PC affected is an HP Touch smart 310 Regards George Briggs
