Having the same trouble, but is that update important? Using gmail address temporarily, but not easy to work with it...

That update was for Flash Player for I/E and lots of folk having the same problem.

if you have another browser like Firefox or whatever make that your default browser to see if that helps.

Don't think Incredimail has anything to do with whatever browser one is using, perhaps the removal of that update might be a solution temporarily, but this is not the first W 10 update which has caused this Incredimail problem,,...and I venture to suggest it won't be the last...

already using Firefox as default browser, changed setting so I select which updates to install but that doesn't help when shutting down I get updates that I have no control over and this problematic update keeps reinstalling

Afraid that's W10 for you. It is your computer so you should have a choice of what you want on it. Unfortunately Microsoft does not see it that way.

I don't suppose unticking give me updates for other Microsoft products when I update Windows would help.

Perhaps vote with your feet, but what other OS?
