Windows 10 Bluetooth Pairing Problem

  AidanM 20:53 23 Jun 2017

Since to the Windows 10 creators update, it seems that bluetooth settings have changed. I have a device that, when paired to the pc, would ask for a pin. There was no pin for the device, so I would click "next" and it would connect as usual. Ever since the creators update however, you NEED to input a pin to even click the button that replaced "Next".

Is there any way I can still pair this or am I just out of luck?

Have you tried 0000 as the pin?

yes, 0000 and 1234 do not work

I've also now just tried the last 4 digits of the serial number, it doesn't work either.

Try 1111.

Have you tried removing the device and then reconnect to PC

-1111 does not work -the removing it and trying to connect it newly gives the same result

What device is it?
