Windows 10 and Adobe Flash Player

  qwbos 00:11 27 May 2017

Since updating to the Creators Update, I can't get catch up TV on any of the 4 or 5 channels.

I get an onscreen message saying

This video requires Adobe Flash Player To view this content you need to install or upgrade Adobe Flash Player Download latest Flash Player.

All updates are in place and Adobe Flash Player is enabled. From a quick online search, it seems to be a common problem.

Anybody found a solution?

I'm only using it on Vivaldi browser (Chrome). In the browser's settings select always allow flash. Uninstall the version of flash player you have in programs and features.

In the flash player download page select 'need flash player for a different computer', In the new window select your operating system, in the version box select' FP 25 for Opera and Chromium PPA-PI, untick the two optional offers. Download and install. . Then close and reopen the browser.
