When i unplug my laptop, the fps only flickers at 58-60 however when plugged in, my games go to its original amount around 200-300. Can someone help me figure out whats causing this? This didnt used to happen before.I have turned off V-sync in my games yet that didnt do anything. I have also set maximum performance to my graphics card for plugged and unplugged battery yet this did nothing.

I have: Windows 10 home 64-bit Intel HD graphics 530 Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M
