Webcam isn't recognized on new MSI laptop

Hello, Some time ago I bought a new laptop and it seems the webcam is not working. I've tried to turn it on by doing a webcam call in skype but it sais there was no webcam found. I'm using a program called OBS for streaming and when I want to add a video-capture device, none show up...

These are the specifications of my laptop:

  • Processor type: Intel Core i7
  • Processor number: 6700HQ
  • amount of precessor cores: 4
  • Inter memory: 16384 MB
  • Type of intern memory: DDR4
  • 64 GB
  • Storage capacity: 1TB
  • SSD: 128GB
  • nVidia GTX980M
  • videocardmemory: 4096MB
  • attachements: DisplayPort, USB 3.0, USB 2.0
  • resolution webcam: 2 megapixels
  • Windows 10
  • Model: MSI GT72S

Well.. I hope that's enough information about the laptop. Things I already tried are:

  1. Go to device manager
  2. Click on videodevices (cameras and scanners)
  3. turn on the webcam that's listed there

But the webcam isn't listed in the videodevices

  1. Go to all settings
  2. Click on Privacy
  3. Click on Camera
  4. Turn on the camera

Here the camera is already turned on... I hope you can help me with this problem, looking forward to a quick response..
