I haven't actually installed Vista yet, I was hoping to upgrade an XP Pro install but this Home Premium edition tells me its not possible. I had a chat with the tech tutor at a college I hope to enrol at, who will be sitting the MS Vista exam (MVP?) tomorrow, Ultimate is what I need if I wish to do the same...

Yes, that's the ideal option. I have Vista HP on a work laptop and I'm pretty impressed so far apart from the odd incompatibility, and Windows Calendar not working from Day 1.

Windows Calender appears to be fixed in the 2 compatibility and reliability updates Microsoft released the other day.
