Unable to access Outlook.com from Edge;

Call me sad, if you like, but I find using Edge very convenient. However I am having a significant problem in that I can't open outlook.com mail. I can enter my email and password, but the next screen is an error message:

"Something went wrong We can't get that information right now. Please try again later."

and in "more details" the key line seems to be: "err: TypeError: Unable to get property 'bootstrapMailModule' of undefined or null reference"

I have posted on other forums and followed various ideas from them, have deleted all the data there is to delete on the Edge browser and "reset it" via the Powershell as suggested from a variety of web searches.

There seem to be a lot of references to this error on the 'net, but no solutions. My current workaround is to use Chrome which does work.

I also have other computers where Outlook.com/Edge does work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
