Taskbar on second monitor Windows 7

By accident I managed to exit the taskbar on my second monitor.

I'm using Windows 7 with extended display on my second monitor. If I did open Word and drag it onto the second monitor, the Word icon did show on a taskbar (the taskbar wasn't complete with all the default icons, it was just showing the icons that were opened in that particularly monitor).

I've looked through all the windows options, but I can't reopen the taskbar on the second monitor. Where do I find the option to reopen this taskbar?

Thanks in advanced.

Not really my field but, I would assume, that there is only one Task Bar as the second screen is only really an extension of the first screen and not a separate Computer
