Hi,

Recently I came back to my PC after a few days away and upon turning it out it would not boot into windows. I received the srttrail error message "A hard disk could not be found. If a hard disk is installed, it is not responding. So far I have not been able to fix the problem, I am not even able to reset windows as the console says that no versions of windows are installed. In my BIOS, the hard drive does show up in the boot sequence so I am very confused as to why it is not working. Any help would be much appreciated.

open the PC and remove and refit the hard drive cables to remake the connections.

Unless the BIOS actually lists the hard drive make it might not be seeing iteven if HDD is listed in the boot sequence

I will reset the cables but it is showing the Kingston SSD as that in the BIOS.
