Recover MS Office after system reset

Recently I was having some issues with direct x that forced me to reset my PC and reinstall windows 10. I had office 2016 installed and after the reset I went to reinstall it. Problem is that I had bought it through a 3rd part site, so it wasnt linked with my Microsoft account. Because of this I have no idea how to recover office, meaning I may find myself having to purchase it all over again, which I do not want to do.

If you have any solutions or suggestions please do respond as I really do not want to have to pay again. Thanks

When you reinstalled Windows 10 the installer removed the software. When you say you bought Office via a third-party site, do you mean you downloaded it? If that was the case, you should have been provided with a licence number. If you have that, you can order a software disk from Microsoft.
