PC Start Up Automatic Repair Stuck in Loop

Alright so one day my PC just went into a problem where it let to the "Automatic Startup Repair" so I decided to just reset my PC, and keep my files. Problem with that is whenever I try to restart it, the thing that I get is a message that says "The Drive where Windows is installed is locked. Unlock the drive and try again." I have no idea how to fix this.

can you get to a commnad prompt rom the repair screen?

if not boot from windows media DVD or USB to command promptand enter the foloowing commands

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec.exe /fixboot

bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd

pressing enter after each one

on completion remove the boot media and see if windows will boot normaly
