Outlook crashes when two accounts are added

Hi All, I hope I am in the right forum

I have an outlook account that crashes when I added a second email account to it.

Two error codes are received the first one is ID 1000 category type 100 with the following being the message

Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.7181.5000, time stamp: 0x58ee7215 Faulting module name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.7181.5000, time stamp: 0x58ee7215 Exception code: 0xc0000005 - application error code eventID 1000 Task cat 100

The second is a windows error reporting with event ID 1001 the message for this is

Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0

other users in the company use two accounts and don't have any problems and after trying a few things I cant seem to find a fix any help would be appreciated

The computer that you are talking about, from what you are saying is part of a company. Do you have a domain controller? Do you have access to the Admin account? Make sure the you have the latest updates for MS Office.
