Office 2016 installed but is now 32bit

Just upgraded to Office 365 2016. All OK and very quick. Have noticed though that while version 2013 was installed to Program Files (64bit) this upgrade has installed to Program Files (x86) which means it's a 32bit application. Version 2013 was removed by the upgrade. Wondered if anyone knows why, is 64bit not yet available, which I find strange. Grateful for any help.

It's OK sorted it, and it seems 32b it is right for a casual home user.

wescliff: Have you noticed any major differences between 13 & 16, and which justifies the investment? From what I've just read, changes seem minimal so am struggling to justify it to myself.

Nothing that shouts at you. The ribbon and menu bar are neater, but that's all I can see so far. I'm on 365 so the upgrade didn't cost me anything. I don't know why it didn't install the 64bit version as was 2013. There is an option apparently to choose 64bit at the install stage, which I must have missed. I just assumed it would replace like for like. But may be a blessing in disguise though. And it only took 10 minutes.
