I recently installed a new motherboard and when I went to boot windows 10 it crashed and bluescreened every time I booted it up, I then plugged my other hard drive with win 7 on it and that booted so I restarted it so it could install the drivers and then it wouldn't boot up anymore it bluescreened every time, I then decided I would have to reinstall windows so I grabbed my windows 10 install usb and plugged that in then that bluescreened aswell and it would then not boot from the USB it would just go black with a flashing white line please help

I recently installed a new motherboard

which means the drivers in windows would be for the old board thats why it crashed.

try booting in safe mode from the usb stick but first make sure the BIOS uses the USB as first boot device.

or try pressing the restart button just after power up a couple of times and it should send you to the troubleshooting menu.
