most apps on control panel have exact same CLSID??

Dear all,

it has recently come to my attention that i have two google chrome apps installed on my laptop and i found this through control panel. However, when i try to uninstall one, it is quite clearly google chrome and when i try to uninstall the other google chrome, a different popup comes up, letting me know that the verified publisher is Microsoft Windows and when more details is clicked, the CLSID is shown. The two google chrome apps have different installation dates and i've also noticed that most apps in the control panel (most of them having the same installation date) have the exact same CLSID as each other and the same as the "false" google chrome app. This leads me to believe that these apps are malware disguised as regular apps.

Any help please?
