Missing Apps in Windows 10

  dikul 13:31 21 Jan 2017

For the last few days the Store App and the Microsoft Solitaire collection have gone walkabout. How can I get them back, please?

Are they missing from the large squares on the Start Menu or from the complete long list of all your apps on the left hand side?

  dikul 15:11 21 Jan 2017

chub_tor They are missing from both.

Click Here to run the App Trouble Shooter and see if this helps

Hi chub_tor, the troubleshooter tells me that the Store cache may be damaged but does not fix it. Ho hum!

In Cortana's search box type Store to see if it opens from the search list. If not this is a link to show how to clear and reset the cache, click here.

rdave13 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. wsreset does nothing except bring up a dialogue box (all greyed out) stating that "You need a new app to run this ms-windows-store". I also tried a method outlined here click here to no avail, I hope I am not faced with a reinstall of Windows.

You can resolve the problem by following the Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter for Windows 10 source click here
