This comes prior to the first image.

I have checked both accounts and i can get in using the same user name and password. They are both admin accounts.

I can't set either of these as standard as the option is greyed out.

How can i delete one of the logins? 1]: [click here 2]: [click here

Its looking for a Microsoft account password sometimes he easiest way is to disable the password login log out and back in again (or restart) and then reenable the password

  1. Press the Windows-Key and R together
  2. A Small Window should appear. Type in netplwiz and press enter
  3. This will open another Window, UnCheck the box that says "user must enter a username and password to enter this computer"
  4. Press Apply and then ok
  5. restart the machine and check it boots direct to windows 6 Repeat 1 to 5 this time recheck the box and type in your passorw and ater the restart it should be asking for our password again normally.
