How to make duplicate Back-up disks0

I have purchased a HP desktop computer.I attempted to make Back-up disks but received message that this had been done by the previous owner,and second copies were not allowed.Is there a solution to this problem?KMat.

Which Operating System is on the PC?

The HP Back up disks are essentially factory reset disks, made to restore the PC to the state it was in on delivery. That is before you installed any programs or had any data email, pictures, etc.

You can use third party software such as Macrium Reflect click here (other programs are available !) to create a restorable image of your hard drives.

The advantage of this is that, should disaster strike, you will only lose any data (emails, music,pictures...) added since your last backup.
