How do I a disable grid resizing file windows?

When I try moving/resizing any window, like chrome or a file or something, this grid thing I screenshotted and circled keeps popping up and puts the window into one of those sections. It never happened before, only started up recently. Is there any way for me to get rid of the grid thing?

Hmm, for some reason the image won't show up in the post for me. Idk if it's like that for everyone else, so I'll link it here just in case- click here

Found two articles. If you have MSI True Color then have a look at this link, click here.

Dell has something similar so it look like a third party software doing it.

Ahh, turns out it was an MSI TrueColour thing! I found an option to disable it in it's settings. Thank you so much for the help! :D I really appreciate it!
