Hardware & Device Troubleshooting Error 0x8000FFFF

I have recently been trying to fix an error with my PC where the sound would cut out seemingly randomly whenever I am watching something on a web browser. This would also freeze any games I would be playing, but not the web browser itself usually.

This led me to trying to troubleshoot my hardware/devices to see if there were any errors in there but I keep getting this error. I've tried a bunch of different things including a full reset of Windows, but nothing seems to work.

Is there anything else I can try? Or something completely different that might fix my sound issue.
