Fake windows defender scam- Please help <3

Hi, I am constantly annoyed with a popup that occurs infinitely on my computer. It says that it is from windows, although I knew it was a scam as soon as i saw the CLEAR misspellings and grammatical errors. Basically, it wants my microsoft activation code. I would simply 'x out' of it, but you cant. I have to keep on Windows+D-ing to get out. But every time I click, it comes back. It is clearly a scam. It also wants me to call a support number (1-877-360-0485) and speak with customer support. The popup reads, "Windows Defender prevented an unrecognized and malicious software on your computer. Please enter your windows product key. (Then it explains what a product key is.)" It also then asks me to type it in. This is a serious, scary problem, and I HAVE to know how to get rid of it. If somebody could help me that'd be the best. Thanks. (Here's a screenshot.)
