Can you advise please....running Vista HP and Office Pro2003 with SP3 and for the last few days when I click on certain commands - especially print and 'print' and'set print area' Excel seems to ' hang up'. The little blue circle appears and after about 45 seconds allows me to do something else but more often than not the screen goes white and I get 'not responding' at the top o fthe page.

I have trawled the net for an answre but nothing immeaditley seems to do the trick.

Thanks for reading

how much RAM have you got?

2gb which would seem to be enough, I think.

have you run a registry cleaner, when I run them I have to deselect my HP registry keys before the clean as they are often thrown up in error as dead keys.

Thanks Sunny. Tried that. have a feeling it is my printer drivers. I am going to install a new printer to see if that resolves things.

Thanks anyway for the replies futurist and Sunnystaines

delete and reinstall hp software. then watch future reg cleaners [no problems with ccleaner]
