Dell Latitude e7440 ultrabook. Which one would give me a better performance?

Answer

Don't bother getting anything above 1600MHz, the laptop only supports that as a maximum - see here for compatibility. Of the two 1600 sets, I don't think there will be a noticeable difference between them. They are both from the same brand and from what I see have the same specs so choose whichever is better value at the time.
