I’ve got an Acer aspire 5750G laptop which I want to connect via wifi to my Canon MX925 to Allow WiFi printing. At present we are using a usb cable to physically link the 2. Please put it in easy steps thanks.

Hi Zeppman, I have a canon iP7200 if I remember right, it has been over a year, I pressed the wifi button on the printer, while it was flashing I pressed the wifi button on my virgin router and they started talking to each other but I have found this, I hope it works for you, click here I did have the printer, laptop and router next to each other, the router and printer are now on different floors and work fine, there is also this: Installing the PIXMA iP7220 on Your Wireless Network If you are installing your printer on your network for the first time, a step-by-step walk through of the wireless setup is built in to the installation routine of the software that shipped with your PIXMA Printer. Simply insert the Setup CD-ROM that came with your printer into your CD-ROM drive and proceed through the easy to follow instructions. You'll be printing wirelessly in no time. Be sure to select Wireless Connection on the Connection Method Selection screen.

If you can't find your CD-ROM, you may download the iP7220 series Mini Master Setup, which includes the same step-by-step installation as the CD-ROM, by following the instructions below:

Click here to access the iP7220 Drivers & Software page.

The operating system of your computer will be automatically detected. If it is not, select it from the drop down menu.hope I have been a help
