Can i safely delete the EFSTMPWP folder on my C: drive?

Hi, just wanted to know if i can safely delete the EFSTMPWP folder on my C:drive (OCZ ssd running Windoes 7)). I used cipher to clear an older Maxtor hdd, after which it did a restart that locked up my computer, it wouldn't recognise the SSD. I ended up switching everything off, checked all connections and it restarted ok. However noticed that there was only 4gb left on the C:drive SSD instead of the usual 70gb. When i checked the folders and files i found the EFSTMPWP folder which contains about 65gb of temporary files left from the cipher cleaning of the G:drive. Can i delete this whole folder safely with no harm to the SSD operation? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can delete the files and folder safely from your SSD. Sometimes CIPHER does this on its own & sometimes you need to do this manually.

Thanks for your reply, will delete the folder and gain my 65gb back.
