Adobe Premier Pro CS5 running on Windows 10?

  richflew 13:42 18 Sep 2015

I have the Adobe Creative Suite CS5 and have upgrqaded to Windows 10. Some of the programs work - photoshop for example, but I can't get Premiere Pro to run - it hangs while loading and won't get past "loading

I work with video so this is crucial to my business

Can anyone please help or offer a workaround many thanks Richard

You don't say which platform, but if Windows try running the trouble shooter to set compatibility, or try the various options yourself.

What I don't understand is, if it is so crucial to you why continue to use such an old version.

Sorry, Windows obviously

H Wes? Yes upgrade from Windows 7. I'm using an old version because I linked it to Matrox RTX2 card and can't upgrade until I either take the card out or change my PC. I guess it has continued to do what I need it to do so haven't had the urgency....

I have tried compatability mode and running as admin and it hangs in the same place each time
