What is the easiest way to get to the OE mails from vista laptop on to my new windows10

If you mean outlook express I don't think you can.

I use Windows live mail to access all of my e-mail programs not sure if it comes with W10 or whether you have to download Windows Essentials to get it or not.

Check in programs and features to see if Windows Essentials is there or not.

Not sure how you would transfer them from Vista as I have never tried that. Someone will be able to give you the proper information.
