Zimbabwe is believed to have uranium deposits in the north of the country, but as yet no exploration contracts have been awarded and the size of the deposits are unknown

I hope this is not the start of an import/export trade.

It was said "inviting him to open a trade fair was like "inviting a mosquito to cure malaria".

Maybe it's worth invading Zimbabwe now under the pretence of providing a stable government for an unstable country.

Well, we've done it before with the Arab states...

Given the two personalities and the rhetoric used against the UK by both, such an 'alliance' (if that is the right term) is not surprising. They appear similar to Hitler and Mussolini in many ways already (genocide, suppression and similar) so perhaps an 'axis` is a logical progression.

All they would then need is for North Korea to join them (the Chinese are already in the area) and another nightmare would be on the cards. Both the Taliban and al-Qaeda could leave Afghanistan (perhaps other extremists would join from other areas) and set up shop in central Africa with all they would need to achieve their aims.
