...referendum result cause a strain in the UK governments fragile majority in the UK parliament. Last week the UN claimed that the UK is in breach of women's rights in denying NI women the free choice over abortion.

This suggests that the UN expects the UK to take corrective measures. The DUP are fully set against any change, and there is still no devolved government in NI to sort their own problems out.
