What a boring event.

I thought before today that London would have a job eclipsing the Chinese but this closing ceremony has bored me near to death. A couple of Steel Bands and the Pearly King and Queen will show them how to do it.

Just another thought, are the Chinese being extremely petty or are the American team not attending the closing ceremony? I have not seen any sign of their flag or athletes! nor, come to think of it have the French been shown.

I think Boris might have buttoned up his jacket. He looked like a shambles.

Spot on, but he was eclipsed by McBottle the other day in his Primark polo shirt.

Apples and pears, not apple and pairs.

I'll be running cockney rhyming slang lessons in the six months prior to the games.

FE. My mince pies are crying with laughter at the thought of you giving out Cockney rhyming slang. I'd better sit down or my old Roberta Flack will give up on me. I've got a funny feeling that your accent is far from being a cockney one.

from being a cockney one.

Nah I heard FE once on the Radio
He comes over as a croaky old geezer-older dare I say than Thee and Me ;-}
