I wonder if I can sue or claim compensation from British Gas when their bills demand far in excess to the quantity of fuel that I have used. Often happens, even when a meter reader as submitted the actual readings, which BG seems to ignore at times ;o(

These so called IT 'experts' make me laugh. They couldn't organise a drink-up in a brewery. The same thing happened to the NHS software mainframe systems, but the amount it cost them was billions.

There ought to be a law against it.
