Typical governmental spin! Sure, 96% of people here live in an area where BB is available but that means little in itself. It has much to do with population density.

It's a fact that 96% of UK households are now within broadband-enabled areas, and it's a fact that there are more than six million broadband subscribers.

This has nothing to do with government, and everything to do with commerce.
