So does this mean he will be sent back?

Is it just me been tired of hearing similar stories around the UK of illegal immigrants committing terrible crimes and seeing them get a few years prison then been either eligible for citizenship or NOT been sent home when their sentence is finished...

Where i lived they had a very similar story a illegal man raped four women admitted 3 of them & was sent down for 3 years, he's been out six months and is walking the streets...

The human rights law is a goldmine for ambulance chasing lawyers, they are able to use delaying tactics long enough for an offender to get themselves a family under the 'righs to a family life' clause.

I often wonder what happened to all those agreements, were offenders would be returned to the country where the came from, so as to complete their sentences?.

Sending them back home (if they had a legal passport showing place of birth or domicile)would surely have kept them there?.
