Is there a PCA IRC channel? If not, would it be possible to make one? I think it would be a good idea as people could ask and reply to questions in real time.

why, why and why?

PCA don't do IRC channels but if they did, they'd be the best IRC channels in the world.

They only do online computer help forums!

Also the questions and answers would be better here for everyone to see. That way you (hopefully) use the search feature to see if the question has been asked before.

"reply to questions in real time."

This happens now, the forum is run in real time. See the time on each post?

Paul's answer is valid too, aswell as forums, threads and the archive are far more structured and easier to navigate this way.

pca is real time, its just that it does take some of us, time to think of an answer then construct the said answer into a readable, understandable written piece and the slowest part typing it all out and then spell check it before posting it!!!!
