RB believes it competed fairly and within the letter and spirit of the law.

It is estimated that the cost to the NHS of the Gaviscon-maker's actions could be £40m.

There are always ways to bend the rules but this is taking taxpayers money in a big way.

Is it possible that it is not the first time a drug company has done this kind of thing?
